We are forever in need of homes willing to take care of shelter animals that have medical needs:
Tiny puppies that need to grow and thrive in a home until they reach adoptable age.
Fostering is Fabulous!
Injured animals that need a quiet place to heal.
Heartworm positive dogs that need a peaceful abode while they go through treatment.
Abandoned kittens with no mama that need bottle feeding and a lap to snuggle on.
Volunteer at the Shelter
Help train and socialize the dogs. Play with the kittens! Clean the kennels and feed the animals.There are an abundance of volunteer opportunities!
Trinity County Animal Shelter has volunteer orientation and training 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month. Sessions begin at 11am. Please arrive early to sign in.
