TASA has great programs to help Trinity County residents with the cost of spaying or neutering their furry family members.
Volunteer!
If you volunteer at the Trinity County Animal Shelter TASA will pay the majority of the cost of spaying or neutering your pet.
- 20 hrs. of volunteering + $40 deposit for a cat
- 24 hrs. of volunteering + $50 deposit for a dog

Magi Certificates (Temporarily Paused)
Assistance for Low Income Residents.
- $250 certificate towards spaying or neutering your dog.
- $150 certificate towards spaying or neutering your cat.
TASA Adoption Vouchers
Adopt from the shelter and receive a TASA spay/neuter voucher.
- Up to $200 for a dog.
- Up to $100 for a cat.
