Trap – Neuter/Spay – Release
Compassion in Action for Community Cats
TASA works with communities within Trinity County in areas where feral cats are abundant. The cats are humanely trapped and taken to local veterinarian clinics to be altered, given a rabies
vaccine and treated for any medical conditions. They are then released back to the area where
they were originally trapped. Their right ear tip is trimmed so they can be identified.
Our TNR program operates only in Spring and Fall, when the weather is kinder for the cats to be trapped.
Please contact us if you know of a feral population that needs assistance.
